The law firm Dragne & Asociații is glad to announce its support for the 4th edition of the National Conference in Fiscality organized by the European Students Association in Law ELSA between the 6th and 8th of May, between 10.00-17.00, in the Constantin Stoicescu Hall (for the two days of lectures), Senat Hall (for the workshop) and Dissescu Hall (for the simulated process) of the Faculty of Law, University of Bucharest.
As a main partner of the event, whose main purpose is to sustain the Romanian students passionate of studying the law field, the firm was represented by three speakers, who gave their speech in the first day of the conference on various fiscal issues.
Lawyer Delia Boșman, Deputy Manager at Dragne & Asociații, talked about the „odyssey” of contesting the fiscal administrative act, while Lawyer Alexandra Ologu, Senior Associate, presented the general notions regarding the tax inspection issues and Lawyer Anastasia Opris, Senior Associate, debated the problem of national safety from the tax evasion point of view.
