Zoe Lungu

Zoe Lungu’s practice focuses on corporate counselling and commercial litigation. She advises primarily on shareholder decision-making in general assemblies and on contractual disputes, with a particular emphasis on the enforcement and contestation of corporate resolutions.

Throughout her career, Zoe Lungu has represented domestic and international clients in complex commercial litigation and insolvency proceedings across a wide range of sectors, including financial services, oil & gas, entertainment, telecommunications, food manufacturing and healthcare.
