Ana-Maria Filip advises on commercial litigation and transactional work across mergers and acquisitions, share transfers, shareholders’ disputes, liquidations and corporate restructurings. Throughout her career she has also developed substantial experience in insolvency proceedings and employment law disputes, acting for domestic and international clients.
