Andreia Oana Dumitrescu specializes in commercial litigation, domestic and international arbitration. She has acted as counsel in arbitrations under the ICSID, UNCITRAL, ICC, and VIAC sets of rules and has represented clients in a broad range of litigation cases related to construction, engineering and infrastructure projects, privatization contracts and M&A transactions.
She also advises clients in relation to banking and financing matters, bankruptcy procedures and IP issues.
She holds a law degree from the University of Bucharest Law School (2004), a Diploma in International Commercial Arbitration (DiplCArb) from the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, UK (2010) and she is on the list of arbitrators of the Court of Arbitration attached to the Romanian-German Chamber of Commerce AHK.
