Daniel Cirstea, Partner at Dragne & Asociatii and the head of the Labour Law department, was interviewed by a business publication on the intensely debated subject of amending the labour legislation that was modified only a year and a half ago. The recent amendments are suggested by the trade unions, who consider the current law too favorable for employers.
