Bogdan Giurca // Senior Associate

Bogdan Giurca is specialized in criminal law. Among the areas of practice in criminal matters in which he is active are legal assistance and representation in all categories of criminal cases – especially regarding economic crimes and corruption – both in terms of the criminal side and the civil side, protection of crime victims and legal consultancy for the prevention of criminal problems.

He graduated from the Faculty of Law of the “Nicolae Titulescu” University in Bucharest (2008). In the same university, he attended the “Judicial Career” master’s courses (2010). He attended the Doctoral School Courses of “Titu Maiorescu” University Bucharest at the end of which he obtained the title of Doctor of Law (2015).

From 2011 to the present, he is a teaching staff of “Hyperion” University in Bucharest, giving seminars on Criminal Procedural Law.

Bogdan is a member of the Bucharest Bar (2009). He speaks English.
