BOGDAN GIURCĂ
Bio
Bogdan Giurcă specialises in criminal law, with a focus on economic crimes and corruption matters. He provides legal assistance and representation across all categories of criminal proceedings — on both the criminal and civil sides — and advises companies and individuals on the prevention of criminal exposure. He is also active in the protection of crime victims.
From 2011, Bogdan Giurcă has been a teaching staff member at Hyperion University in Bucharest, where he gives seminars on Criminal Procedural Law.
