Camelia Floca, Senior Associate, is a member of the Bucharest Bar Association since 2005 and she is fluent in English and French. Her professional experience includes Corporate, M&A, Real Estate and Energy.
Prior to joining Dragne & Asociatii, Camelia Floca was an associate lawyer at Clifford Chance Badea (CCB), the local office of the largest law firm in the world and at RMDT, lawyer professional corporation associated with Herzfeld & Rubin, P.C.
Camelia has a degree in Financial Markets and Financial Instruments from the Romanian Banking Institute and she is currently preparing for getting a degree in Mergers & Acquisitions at Webster University, Vienna.
