Zoe Lungu’s practice focuses on corporate counseling and litigation, particularly in relation to decisions by the general assemblies of companies, commercial contract disputes and insolvency cases.

Throughout her career, Zoe Lungu has represented domestic and foreign clients in complex commercial litigation in a range of industries, including financial services, oil & gas, entertainment and communications, food manufacturing, heavy equipment manufacture, telecommunications and healthcare.

Zoe Lungu graduated the University of Bucharest Law School (2001). She holds also a business degree from Titu Maiorescu University, Bucharest, Master on Business of Affairs (2010). She joined the firm in 2010, following a several years Associate position at Bostina & Asociatii, and she speaks Romanian and English.
