Daniel Cirstea, Partner at Dragne & Asociatii, was quoted by the business publication Wall-Street.ro on the subject of real estates forced execution. He entailed some of the changes in this matter brought by the New Civil Procedure Code, which has entered into force on February the 15th this year.
