His practice includes a wide range of the firm’s dispute resolution work, particularly employment disputes, restructuring and insolvency cases and complex enforcement procedure.
Prior to joining Dragne & Asociatii, Toma Grosu was a member of the Employment practice group and the Litigation team at Musat & Asociatii. He holds a law degree from Spiru Haret University, Law and Public Administration School, Bucharest (2006) and a business & economic degree from Bucharest Academy of Economic Studies, International Business and Economics (2005). He speaks Romanian and English.
