Delia Bosman (Topoleanu) is  well-regarded for her skills as a litigator, handling complex litigation cases and arbitration disputes, both domestically and internationally.

Her work includes also advising local and international investors, financial institutions and public entities on all aspects of real estate transactions and project developments.

Delia Bosman has developed particular expertise in tax and administrative issues, assisting corporate and individual clients on a wide range of tax investigations and administrative matters.

Prior to joining Dragne & Asociatii, Delia Bosman was Partner at Musat & Asociatii where she has coordinated, together with Ion Dragne, the Litigation & Arbitration Department (2008-2010).

Delia Bosman is a graduate of the University of Bucharest Law School (1997) and the National Institute of Magistracy (1998). As a former judge of a Bucharest district court (1999-2003) she previously coordinated the local Land Book Office.

She is a member of Bucharest Bar Association and Romanian Bar (1997), and she speaks Romanian, English and French.
