Anamaria Gheorghiu’s practice is primarily focused on banking and finance and intellectual property. She advises on a wide range of banking, finance and corporate transactions and also does a significant amount of work on general banking, acquisitions, commercial and corporate matters.

She holds a law degree from Craiova University, Law and Administrative Sciences Faculty (2008), a bachelor degree from Spiru Haret University, International Relations and European Studies Faculty (2008) and a business law masters degree from Nicolae Titulescu University, Bucharest (2009). She also holds a “Diploma in English and EU law” from the University of Cambridge, Institute of Continuing Education (2008).
