The National Trade Union Block’s draft on amending the labour law was published last week in the Romanian Official Gazette – no 773/16.11.2012. In this context, Daniel Cirstea, Partner and Head of our Employment practice, commented for the legal publication Avocatura.com on the amendments intended by this draft, pointing out that they would rise excessive bureaucratic procedures and new fiscal difficulties for companies.
