In an article published in Jurnalul National, our managing partner Ion Dragne comments on certain new provistions of the Romanian Civil Code (which shall enter into force as of 01 October 2011).
“ The Romanian society needed a civil law to cover its current requirements. This is why many of the brand new provisions of the new Civil Code have been in fact already applied or enforced although they had not been expressly regulated: precisely due to their recognition by the doctrinaires and court practice. ”
